Yes unfortunately it was for the account, i had an old choice account and when they were taken over my Littlewoods I signed a new agreement in 2010.

I just ignored them paid what I could and NDR were awful to deal with. Luckily I sorted the payments out quickly and got back into what I owed but honestly, they are a nightmare to deal with I completely sympathise.
