You can make a claim on anything if it was mis-sold. Having said that, Income Protection, Critical Illness and Mortgage are pretty useful if you need to claim on them.
Why were they mis-sold?0 -
You can complain about anything you have been sold. Why were they mis-sold? I doubt they were. Having insurance isnt illegal.0

You don't 'make a claim' you make a complaint if something was miss sold and back it up with evidence.
Doesn't sound like a miss sale to me.....make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

You can complain about the colour of the carpet in the branch if you want.Does anyone know if you can make a claim on income protection plan as misold insurance.also got a mortgage protection and critical illness benefit insurance
Are you immortal? are you unable to be ill? These things are not PPI either.
As you havent given us any reason for complaint, its difficult to see whether you have grounds or not. Statistically, most mortgage insurance complaints fail. Most income protection complaints fail (its considered to be one of the most important insurances to have - you protect your car, your house yet it is your income that is most important).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
