Mature PT Student Loan

Hi, as my username suggests I'm a aspiring mature student! I want to study for degree part-time starting Oct 2014. It would take 6 years to complete. I want to apply for student loan. I'm under 60 and work full time at the moment and earn over repayment threshold £21k. When I complete the degree, I'll still be under 60 but retired on pension under £21k. Would I qualify for Student Loan? Thanks for your views.

Do you already hold a qualification (with a few exceptions) that's the same level as what you're planning on applying for?
