UW budget plan reconciliation?
I'm being charged this budget plan reconciliation and I'm not too sure what it's for. I don't pay by DD and I've already moved to another provider. This is UW's final bill.
Another thing is that the budget plan reconciliation for the gas is £17.77 even though my "usage" is -£1.75. Can someone help explain please?

The budget plan is a way to pay using twelve equal instalments. At the end of the year you still have to reconcile any differences in actual usage.0
