Northern Rock PPI

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I've taken a quick look and can't find the answer. In terms of PPI which was paid to Northern Rock over a period of time, I understand that they are now part of Virgin. Is someone able to provide me with an address where I can write to make a claim? Also, has anyone been successful in making a claim on PPI paid to Northern Rock. Thanks very much.

If you want to make a claim you need to contact the insurer who I think was Cardif Pinnacle.
If you want to complain contact NRAM if Northern Rock sold the policy. If a 3rd party sold the policy contact them.
There isn't anything wrong with mortgage PPI though.0
