I have just checked my WEM and it says 28 "working" days from the date of the email.
Presuming working days are Monday - Friday
I got the email on the 9th July so I presumed I would have to wait up to 28 days which would be 5th August, but 28 "working" days takes it up until 15th August.
Something else to check before chasing prizes

I had problems with a takeabreak C2W, and it took a couple of emails to get a response- the last one I put the text in bold.
Seems the reason was that the competition had run again- it originally ended last September- so the prize no longer existed, but they sent me an e-voucher to the same value.0 -
Many thanks mjm for the advise. I have contacted that email address & had a reply straight away. I have had an email now for another person saying the dvd will be in the post next week.
I have gone back to Top Sante who know nothing about their online competitions!!!!
