The competitions are "branded" but they almost certainly are not handled by the individual magazines.

Have you tried the contact e-mail address

questions@winsomething.co.uk

if that doesn't/didn't work then try this contact form

http://winit.winsomething.co.uk/contact

(They sorted out a problem with a link and a mismatch on a solvemedia puzzle very quickly, even if they don't deal with prize fulfillment they will probably know who does)

 I'm in the same situation, the prize I won was from http://winit.empireonline.com.
I'm on the winners list so it must be genuine, yet as the prize is taking longer than suggested I decided to email & had it bounce back each time!
Contacted 2 other email addresses (1 just today) so I'm just waiting on a reply now.
Thanks to all who post comps! :A

Were do you find the winners lists for the click to wins?

I won a mini ipad with Company about 3 weeks ago, I know I still need to wait a while longer and I have no problem with that ;)

I just thought it would be nice to have proof you definitely won :)

They are part of Hearst Magazines and I don't think they display them (Click to win are part of Bauer Media)

From their general terms
8.16. The name of the winner(s) will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hearst Magazines UK, 72 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9EP, indicating the name of the Competition.

Yes at the end of last week, no reply but at the time I was informing them that the email address (given in the wem to respond to) wasn't working, the prize I won was due around 14th this month but I know they can arrive later.
I've just tried the other contact form you gave, so thanks :)

We had a Parcelforce driver not bother attempting to deliver an ordered package a few weeks back, if the tracking number wasn't available we wouldn't have known it was left sat at the parcel office for us to pick up. So I feel I have to be more vigilant about any prize deliveries now :(

For the record, I chased a prize yesterday with questions@winsomething.co.uk - it had been 5 weeks. It turned up in the post this morning. Possibly a co-incidence, but I don't think it would have arrived if I hadn't emailed. :D
