If there is no option on the site it would be a matter of requesting for it to be closed, now can you really see that happening!!?? Also arthemm if you don't mind can you indicate when you first requested a withdrawal to how long it took for you to be paid? this just gives us an idea if to wait a little longer. Thanks.

It took around four weeks to be confirmed and only a few days for the payment to hit my bank.
But, I did badger a merchant last week and advised them I would report this issue to Action Fraud if not resolved within a week.
All in all, I've come out of this ok. £20 compensation from a merchant, full payment including the £10 bonus. But it took some effort!
Far better and more reliable options out there. I've took a chance with Getpoundsback, see how that goes.

Sounds like if I want my money I may have to do the same thing! Do you use Quidco? If you don't have a problem with them then I would advise using them because they have not done a thing wrong since I joined. So far over £200 cash back in a year and a bit for me and not one single problem. Very helpful too if you have any issues.

Quick Update - I have just been informed by one of the merchants I had purchased through that they have recently removed their links from ilovecashback as ilovecashback has recently been bought out however they said they did not no who by. I can't find any official information on this however if true it leaves me wondering what happens to the money now?

Are administrators involved? Are they going to continue running as ilovecashback etc etc.

Despite arhemm's recent payment I am not feeling too confident that everyone is going to see their money, worse still if all is true their website still allows you to sign up and purchase through their links. Not going to jump to any conclusions just yet though.

Maybe Quidco have bought them out? With reference to your earlier directors post.
Maybe ask Quidco? I find Quidco decline a fair bit, that's why I tried these initially.

They are still ignoring my withdrawal request of 10th February, so they are definitely not paying out on everything. I suspect arhemm just made enough fuss. My tickets are still being ignored. I have contacted the company who paid out cashback to alert them to this, but I am not hopeful of ever seeing the money at this point. I will be contacting action fraud.

I have called all of the merchants that I received cashback from and most of them were very helpful, one company has informed me that Ilovecashback has been bought out. I have also had contact with someone associated with ilovecashback, the information provided was asked to remain confidential for now so all I can say is give this a little more time. If the info from the merchant saying they have been bought out is true I can see why there will be nobody replying to inquiries but the only hope for our money would be that they continue business meaning we would likely have our money released. I am waiting a little longer for some kind of announcement. My only step from here if we do not hear anything is action fraud.

I asked for my withdrawal on 19th March over £30 so reuiqred amount, I had heard nothing so logged a support ticket on 13.04.16, and all of a sudden they have rejected my withdrawal, but no explanation why, I have now opened another support ticket enquiring as to why it has been rejected, absolute joke of a site!!! I will keep you posted on the progress.
