like many others I've been had by this company I don't understand why they are verifying cashback and letting it get to the withdrawal stage. if they have no intention to payout surely they would get less complaints if they just left the cashback in limbo.
is there anything we can do to stop others getting drawn in by this company.0 -

Anything you can do?
Yes, report them.
I've no doubt now that this is a scam. No intentions at all to make payments to members who have reached the payout threshold it would appear. These monies should be ring-fenced, as it's not their money. The Directors need to be struck off for the way they are running a company.
I'll be reporting them to Action Fraud on Friday - 0300 1232040 and also to Hampshire Trading Standards. The more that report, the better. The minimum they deserve, is investigating!
Moneyclaimonline is another option, but that will incur a small initial fee and this company could be going down the drain.
I have been offered my payment, by cheque, from one merchant, and that is still an option. So, make your complaints to the merchants too, as I'd imagine the rules they have in place with Ilovecashback may well have been breached. You may find a merchant showing some empathy!
You could also leave a review on Trustpilot, but these scammers aren't replying there now anyway!0 -
I joined here today purely because of my similar experience I am currently having with the same company. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt but it all seems a Scam now. The company obviously has issues and I can't see any of us getting paid which is a shame because I would have simply used Quidco who do pay me.
Anyone with legal knowledge know if there is anything they are doing that actually breaks the law? I have no legal knowledge at all.
They used to reply via Facebook direct message however now they have removed the option and also removed the option of writing on their wall but are still actively posting adverts on Facebook and twitter. No replies to my tickets etc. The only thing that has gone ok is the cash back tracking, one issue was resolved immediate too when I joined end of last year. Obviously now I want my money and nothing.....0 -
What is more worrying is Brad Blakes latest 'Expereince' listed on his LinkedIn page stating:

ORS Global is a software and marketing company which provides additional revenue streams to various differing markets. We have several white-label partnerships in place with Express Newspapers, OK! Magazine, Daily Star and many other organisations. Our main brand, I Love Cashback won an award at the 2016 Consumer Moneyfacts Awards - for the third time.
Aside from the white-label aspect of the business, ORS Global also works directly with retailers to form loyalty solutions, which enable retailers to incentivise their dormant customers to become active again. Our solutions are completely free for retailers and we are currently working with over 60 brands including Prezzybox, ao.com, Euro Car Parts, HMV/Xtra-Vision, ShopTo and Green Man Gaming.
I'm not sure they really want this guy linked with their company from seeing how ILoveCashBack is being run!0 -

Another one caught up and there will be many more. How much cashback is involved here? Could well be many, many thousands of pounds!
Remarkably, my cash out claim has move to accepted and that payment will take between 1 hour - 30 days! A massive time-scale don't you think? Will they be around in another 30 days?
I'll keep updating if I receive any more information. Alarming though the lack of response and of course, the blocking of requests! Not good at all.0 -
My cash back total and withdrawal request was for £24. I was going to give it another week and see if anything changes and then pursue it further. I'm surprised your status has changed. Keep us updated!0

Money now showing in my bank account.
Took ages, but paid finally.
I'm finished with them and will close my account. A total shambles!
ORS GLOBAL LIMITED I LOVE CASH - showing on my statement.0 -
Glad you have been paid ! I have been waiting for my £60 they owe me since 10th of February to clear ,I hope we all get paid what where owed but I cant see it myself ?0
-
Pleased to hear you have been paid, if you have been paid though and if the rest of us are lucky enough to get paid I can't understand why you wouldn't communicate with your customers to save the terrible reviews and bad publicity.0

I do hope all that are affected are paid in due course and will I hang around watching updates here. It's an utter disgrace the way this company now operates and I would advise to stay well clear. Fears could have been addressed right here, on this forum by a rep of Ilovecashback, but alas not.
I put a tremendous amount of pressure on a major merchant, alerting them of this issue and to advise them to remind their partner of their agreement and conduct. Whether that is the reason for my payment, who knows? But, I'm now free of this shambles.
Maybe contact the merchants direct and advise them that Ilovecashback aren't forwarding payments due to you? Worth a try.
Anyone know how to close an Ilovecashback account online?0
