Case Intervention Team?

Recently I had a child and I am not with the father, when I informed the SSA of the changes I received a letter saying there would be no change to my benefit, but all of a sudden I received a call asking if there was any changes and they would be sending me out a form to fill in. When I received the form at the top of the letter it said it was from the Case Intervention Team, I am worried now there is something wrong, has anyone heard of who they are? I am on Income Support. Thanks in advance

Some links I have found imply that it's likely to be working out if to refer your case for further action.
It is likely IMO that they are considering if it's likely that you are in fact living with the father.
Fill in the form accurately is as much as you can do at this point.

If your relationship with the father is such that it's possible to get details of where he's living, that may be useful.
