Looks fine. The OP just needs to be ready to also rebut the VCS GPEOL calculation & evidence by email to POPLA when the VCS rubbish arrives by email. The OP should search the forum for 'VCS GPEOL rebuttal' or 'Excel GPEOL rebuttal' to find what to say. Already been discussed to death on plenty of other VCS/Excel threads which have got past POPLA appeal submission stage - I would hope pinkyjane12 and Ralph-y have both already read loads and be ready for that final word to POPLA.looks good to me, I assume this is taken from a recently approved JLA appeal for another member ? if so I would assume its good to go but wait for further critique before submitting it to poplaPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well all I have had to date is confirmation that my appeal has been received and been informed that my appeal will be considered on or soon after the 16th September...... 2.5 weeks before I am back there to fly on holiday!
I have just found the rebuttal and have it ready to go!0 -
want me to drop you off at the airport ?

I can see why people get panicked and stressed out by this! I have just received the evidence pack.... all 84 pages of it!! So how long do I have to send my evidence back to POPLA and do I just respond to the email or submit it online? Currently off work sick and my rebuttal is on my works computer!0

Oh and they are saying that I am liable under the POFA2012 as I haven't told them who the driver is although in the video evidence they have submitted you can clearly see a male driver!0

Now that's an amusing point to start off your rebuttal email to POPLA!pinkyjane12 wrote: »Oh and they are saying that I am liable under the POFA2012 as I haven't told them who the driver is although in the video evidence they have submitted you can clearly see a male driver!
I had already answered any queries you may have at this final (yes, final!)stage:Coupon-mad wrote: »Looks fine. you can add extra evidence or rebuttals online to popla or you can email them with a rebuttal
an airport is not relevant land so POFA 2012 does not apply, suggest you also complain to the DVLA and the BPA about this if they are citing POFA 2012 and mention this not relevant land issue (as RK of course)0 -
Thanks Coupon mad... as stated, I already have the rebuttals but its on my work computer. I was questioning how quickly they expect a response. I will sort it in the morning.
Thanks Redx, I already have a complaint letter ready to go to DVLA so I will be sure to include that with it!0 -
You want to do it within a couple of days really. To make it sure it gets there sufficiently before the day they say they will deal with appeal.
84 pages. I do think that is the longest yet. That's 1/6 of a ream of paper. Did they actually post you the 84 pages or was it by email. If by post it should be an appeal pont that they are environmentally unfriendly! They would need to think about their carbon footprint!Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Just doing my rebuttal and this is one of their points-
1. The appellant questions the validity of the PCN issued on the airport approach roads but airport byelaws are not currently in use. The last sets of byelaws relate to the old airport site and are consequently regarded as obsolete by the airport company. The access roads are private land and have been designated as a car park by the landowner. No bye-laws cover this matter and, therefore, the appellant’s reference to the Airports Byelaws Designation Order (1987) is irrelevant. Keeper liability under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act (2012) is unaffected.
Are they just talking out of their a**e again?0
