Morning All,Started my claim about 3 weeks ago, worked out my charges of £1,552 and sent asking for them back. Got the standard mail merge letter saying they have 8 weeks and are investigating. I dont want to miss out on claiming my money back so i threatened court action on the first letter but didnt do it straight away as its going to cost me £120 to do the court bit, but ive got it now so am going to start court proceedings, while going throught the moneyclaim website there is a part to claim interest? in my first letter i didnt request any interest, just the charges back, can i now claim interest on this now or do i have to stick to just the charges?, ive worked it out to another £419 interest for 4 years Many thanks Andy

Even if you've not mentioned it before add it to your claim. They have to pay it if you get to court (doubt it will get that far) so add it now and they will pay it and your court fee back
