    Yes - i called them and told them to get a shift on and in the post yesterday I received a letter (dated 15th june!) to confirm that I was no longer on the title deeds - copy of the title deeds showing ex's sole name was also included so the halifax should have also received this yesterday (although they hadnt when i called yesterday evening)

    Anyone know how long the next bit will take??
