I think the OP is practising for headline writing in the Daily Express.

    I prefer detail over sensationalism.

Daveyjp, these are just facts not sensationalism. Why post sarcastic comments, it is simpler not to post if you don't like a thread.

Let's see what it sells for. Asking prices are just that.

When buyers stop paying the prices.

    It's not rocket science.

They are scant 'facts', without detail how can anyone comment? The BBC featured a property the other week that had been purchased a couple of years ago and now the owner was asking twice what they paid.

On going round it was quite obvious the current owner had completely gutted the place and spent a shed load doing so. The true story was the house was originally purchased at a value which relected its condition and needed 6 figures spending on it to realise twice what it was originally sold for.

Post the links to the property and we will all be better informed.

I am not sure whether owners/estate agents would like the links of their property posted here without their knowledge. They hire and pay an estate agent to advertise their property on a certain website like Rightmove, but they may not like random people to just copy and paste the links all over the internet. If I was selling a house I wouldn't like people doing that.

    rubbish

information on rightmove is freely available and they invite you to use it as you will.

however if you feel like that then don't refer to the info in the first place.
