presumably the sort of idiot that will end up with a property worth 2-3 million in a few years, so can comfortably downsize at their leisure with a considerable cash sum to spend0 -
This is why Zillow in America is so much better than anything we have here yet.
Every listing includes previous selling prices, days on the market, estimated rental, and all local schools including how good they are.Been away for a while.0 -

That's depressingly accurate but I'd still rather live in a nice house I can be proud of in an area that doesn't suffer from hyper-inflationary levels of HPI, especially if I were ever wanting to move up the ladder.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -

Downstairs toilet wastes a lot of space sitting in a 10 foot corridor.
Appears alterations have been internally over the years without much thought to best use of the space.0
