Does it only come on when you put your foot on the brake pedal?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes it does come on when the foot is pressed on but only when i twinker round with the connections. Then it fails again.

Note: side lights do work, it only affects one of the brake lights

I bought some electrical contact cleaner and sprayed the contacts with no luck.

Side lights come on which runs off the same bulb. Its when pressing the brake the bulb won't come on.

I replaced my working bulb into the connector and it came on so realised the new bulb I bought was faulty. Have taken the new bulb back for a replacement and everything is now working as it should :)

Should have tried this before panicking. But thanks again for all the responses
