hi all
Been plugging away at paying off cards, and iv got to a point where iv got two empty and one virgin with a 3k balance(limit 4.2k) 0% until 2016 January
Barclays at £0 balance which I manually lowered to a £750 limit for "emergencies", I then tried to cancel which they me sweetend me into a
forever rate of 10.9% Apr......should I of cancelled?
MBNA £0 balance , limit of 2100, which i.m debating to cancel so my available credit limit is lower in 18 months if I need to re apply, or possibly could it be more sensible to keep and see if they keep offering such great offers as a existing customer (latest was 18 months at 0% with the virgin) and save a search on my file?
many mixed opinions of lowering own limits/ having available credit but its always less clear to see the correct path when its yourself!
cheers in advance
