New EDF MyAccount website: Messages?
Does anyone know where to view messages on the new EDF MyAccount website?
I received an Email saying "You have an important message regarding your EDF Energy account", but I can't find a message area anywhere.
The "Live chat" thingy is closed as well, so I can't ask them either.

'Your messages' on the home page once you've logged in.
But EDF's site is under rebuild (yet again) so I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone AWOL.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
No, on the new site there is no "'Your messages" on the home page.
At least, I can't see it!0 -
Website looks a huge improvement, but I can't find the messages section either.0

Messages are available in Account Activity section.
Anyone found if / where you can see the actual rates applicable to your tariff? Looked everywhere, thought it could be in Tariff Details but the actual rates remain elusive.
Look and feel much improved though. If money saving starts to involve irritation or frustration the fine line between thrift and greed should be examined.0 -
Just had a look at mine. All the emails they have sent me are under the 'Account Activity' section on the left menu bar. When clicking this, there are a couple of drop-down menu options, one being 'messages'. Is this what you're looking for ?0
