Credit file slowly building

Hi all
I had a bad few years and allowed my once excellent credit record to slide into a bad mess.
Up until 4 years ago, i could get credit very easily however a job loss caused me to let it all slip.
Anyway, I have 2 current credit agreements and today got accepted for BT broadband and phone etc.
Do BT report on my credit file as i am trying to prove that i can pay again lol.
I know equifax credit scores are pointless in the grand scheme of things but i was told its ok as a guide gauging improvements. My score was 168 6 months ago and im now at 249 and have 10 green monthly payments on both credit agreements.
Thanks in advance
