the letter you got with your gold card should explain that nothing else has changed, just the colour of your card :).

My vanquis gold card has exactly the same APR and conditions that my original blue one had.

    What's API?

Contact the company if it's absolutely unexpected and without any accompanying letter.

I guess you've tried phoning them and checking your internet account so I can't think of anything else apart from waiting to see what's printed on your next statement.

Not everything stays the same. You get a special phone number to ring when your credit card debts get out of control.

Oh I see, is that the number you've been calling when your Barclaycard or Halifax account get defaulted for £960 ? I guess you managed to pay Wonga their £300 back

Strange comment. Vanquis send you an exclusive number when you get a gold card, phoning them up about a defaulted Halifax account from over 6 years ago woudn't be advantageous to anyone. I'd look through your previous threads/comments and comeback with an equally !!!!!! remark but I'm not that sad.

Not everything stays the same: You should have a freefone number for support. How valuable that is depends on how often you ring support I suppose.
