Moneyback for goods bought via Wowcher

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do in this situation. I recently purchased a garden furniture set via the daily deals site Wowcher. The goods came and were missing a part, so I emailed the company (there was no telephone number) and asked for them to send it. I waited a while but I never heard anything, so I sent another e-mail saying can they arrange a collection/refund. Still heard nothing. I contacted Wowcher, who told me they would contact the company on my behalf. Well... that was a week ago. I just want my money back (even if it is Wowcher credit - not ideal but I'll take it). It's nearly £200 of stuff I can't use. Any ideas?

Your contract is with wowcher so keep bothering them! Put it in writing and give them a reasonable deadline to respond by.
How did you pay?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Thanks Pinkshoes. I will keep hassling Wowcher. I used Paypal if that helps.0

Phone Paypal and see if you can return the item for being faulty. It might be worth a try.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
