Lettings agents ignore my requests

You need to write to the actual landlord (see your tenancy agreement) and ask that it be sorted out.

They haven't come back to me with a cost though. The LL can't just not agree to giving me a key. He can agree to making me pay for the key, but I can't see how he can restrict access to a part of the property that's in my tenancy. Hence why I am sure the LA is just lazy.
I'd rather not contact my LL as I obviously don't want to disturb them with matters that are meant to be dealt with by the LA.0 -

We bought one of these to clone the existing remote for the communal car park and it worked. You might need to play a few times to get the programme to take since your original one isn't consistently working, or ask a neighbour to use theirs to programme it.0 -
