Hi,
I haven't a clue what sort of garden fork to buy, forged or stainless or carbon steel or whatever
OR dapper or spears or

The last one we had was a cheap one & one of the prongs broke (our garden is a toughie).
What is a really good make or material?
Thank you.

Look for a good well known brand such as Wilkinson Sword or Spear & Jackson and go for Stainless Steel. Expect to pay around £20+ for a decent border fork which is easier to handle for most people (smaller & lighter), will do most jobs and last a life time!
