Backdating Waiting Times

Does anyone know how long the DWP are currently taking to backdate ESA claims.
I took my claim to appeal, the DWP decided in-house to allow the appeal before the court date, placed in the WRAG.
This notice was 12 weeks ago and still my money has not increased by the expected £20+. I still have not been backdated to week 14 which in my case due to appeals and problems is 23/11/2012 so almost 2 years backdated money.
I have wrote to them 2 weeks ago but still no reply, am thinking time for a call to them, but just wandering how long they are currently taking
