    I do think they should advise 24hr wait for balance to appear when they send them out, then they wouldn't get so much bad press from people.

    I really think it would be so much easier if when an offer like this comes up, you can just buy it rather than having all this "Redeem Offer" subsequent nonsense you have to go through.

    Maybe 'they' didn't know - with over 25,000 of these sold, wonder what (if anything) Tesco did to help ensure matters ran smoothly?
