6. One winner will be selected at random on or around Monday 4th August 2014 by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email and telephone no later than Thursday 7th August 2014
7. Prize details:
• The prize is to win a trip to LA for the winner and one friend, plus a private cinema of Guardians of the Galaxy for the winner and ten friends at the winner's local cinema. One member of the party must be aged 21 or over. Parental consent is required for anyone travelling under the age of 16
• The prize comprises of the following:
WWE SummerSlam
• Return transfers by train/plane from anywhere in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland to London Heathrow
• Return economy flights for two people from Heathrow to LAX on Thursday 14th August (the return flight will depart LAX on Monday 18th August arriving back at Heathrow airport on Tuesday 19th August)
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
• 4 nights' accommodation at the 4* Millennium Biltmore Hotel based on two people sharing a twin or double room with en suite bathroom on a room only basis
• Return transfers from the hotel to The Staples Center, LA
• Breakfast Allowance of $20 per person per day for 2 people in the hotel restaurant every day

• For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
• Non UK passports holders may need a visa for these destinations, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
• Transfers will not be private and may be shared with other passengers (minivan)
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
Private Screening of Guardians of the Galaxy
• A private screening of Guardians of the Galaxy will be held for the winner and up to ten guests between 10 August and 30 September 2014
• The private screening will take place at a cinema nearby to the winner's home subject to availability
• Start time of the screening will be subject to availability
• No recording device may be taken into the cinema. Device may be taken from owner's possession into safe keeping but will be returned to owner once screening has ended
• If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter's control, the winner will receive the screening on an alternative agreed date
8. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and nontransferable and may not be sold.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
