Refund refused instore

I cant upload photos just now as I am at work.

You are right I could have "made" these faults but as it was the store who pointed the fault out when at the time we thought we were going to the store to simply return the items without hassle, I think its obvious these faults were not created.

I am sorry I am unable to prove to you that I have bought tops that are not up to standard.

If we were to forget my initial reason for return and lets "assume" we had faulty goods what would be a good way to proceed now I have spent alot of time and effort trying to resolve this issue.

Put it down to experience and don't get all stressed about it.
