I should be getting 2Mb, I'm only getting 512Kb recently.I have seen before someone had speed problems and they switched server or something - I forgot the terminology - Can you tell me what I need to do to switch whatever it is I need to switch. Thanks

Last time I heard Virgin Media had changed "platforms" and new customers have new modems....give them a call and moan at them they may bung you a new one...(they were also throttling the bandwidth between 4pm and midnight)...hope that helps0
