After some advice please. Looking to buy the house we are renting- it is a Victorian semi-detached. We have had a building (structural) survey which has highlighted some issues with the roof, and am looking for any thoughts.

We have been told that the flashings have been made good with a flash band and have been advised to replace with lead. A number of slates are also missing or damaged.

Can anyone please give me an indication of the scale or cost of the job, don't want to buy a money pit!
