Paid online account with Visa - not showing in payments

I recently purchased something from Simply Be online. Having filled my basket, I started to set up a credit account but changed my mind before completing the request and restarted the payment, chosing the alternative "Do Not Open account, pay for the ordered items directly using debit or credit card." Then I paid the outstanding balance for the order, using my Visa card. However although I stopped before completing the account set up process, it did in fact set me up an account.

This account now shows my order with the balance outstanding. The corresponding credit from my Visa card, which should have gone through 5 minutes later, does not appear. I know it went through because I use Verified by Visa which was activated to pay it.
