Woke up this morning feeling very hungover and grumpy. Then I received this box of goodies! I got the Sign and Learn DVD, a box of rusks, a couple of bags of rice cakes and pureed fruit cups. My daughter got stuck into the rice cakes and the DVD is going to be a great present for a friend whose baby is due in a month or so.

There are more than 350 Sing and Sing classes across the country. But if you can’t get to a class you can still learn baby signing the fun way with DVDs! ‘Sing and Sign’ is for beginners and sets out the best signs to start with such as ‘eat’, ‘drink’, ‘more’ and ‘all gone’.
