Faulty sofas

Hi, two months ago I bought a suite of sofas costing £3650 from Natuzzi leather. The sofas are faulty and the cushions are soft and sinking. The man who was sent out to inspect agrees that there are several faults with the furniture. I have gone completely off the sofas and feel I have paid a large sum of money for such faulty goods. The company say they will repair the sofas. I would like a refund. Am I entitled after only two months to insist on refund.
I feel if they are repaired the same fault will occur.

You have the right to ask for a refund but the retailer has the right to refuse this request and opt for a repair if this is more economically viable for them.
I would suggest that you at least give them the chance to carry out a repair then if that doesn't work, ask for the refund.0
