Help a DFW rookie!

So we've got an NRAM mortgage. We've got debt elsewhere too but that is being paid off (loving the snowball!) and to keep me focused on the end game, my attentions have turned to paying off the mortgage.

Is there a minimum amount that we can over pay on the mortgage? Could it be as low as £5 some months? We want to make it a habit but recognise that some months will be harder to find the money than others.

And do I just call up and make the payment over the phone?

Depends on what NRAM do. When they were NR they were very flexible about overpayments.
My minimum is £1 and I can do it on my phone.
