Help how do I access saved text meesage on landline?

Hope someone can help with this. I have home phone through Primus. I received a text message from the BT text message service and saved it but I didnt catch the number it told me to ring to access it again. I tried ringing 08456021111 which is supposedly the BT text message retrieval number but it said I had no saved messages. Also the number seemed to be shorter than this. I'm wondering if Primus has their own number to retrieve saved text messages? (I tried 1571 and it didnt work either) Thanks for any suggestions.
