What period does a signing on day cover?

Hi all,I'm hoping someone can help me,I am due to "sign on" on Monday (21st) but am wondering what period that covers?,does it include the 21st or is it 7th-20th?

Usually the previous 2 weeks as it's paid in arrears, but if a 1st sign may be more or less.0

Yes it includes the 21st. Usually it is the previous 2 weeks, but as above .... and you might be on weekly signing then it would be the previous 1 week.0

Thanks for the replies,I know it's two weeks in arrears but wanted to know which 14 days,I may have a job Monday but won't know until after signing on,would I sign off as of Tuesday or Monday ?0

If you are working Monday and unable to get to jobcentre to sign off, then sign off by phone 0845 6043719 (I think that's right) and also as a precaution complete inside your ES40, and post it through the jobcentre letterbox on Monday night.
If you are not working then sign on as normal.0
