TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No purchase necessary. The prize is a holiday for four including return transatlantic economy flights, car hire, luxury villa accommodation and selected theme park tickets up to the value of £5,000. Competition will run from the 1st May – 31st October 2014. Winners will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator within seven days of the closing date. The winners will be notified via email by 7th November 2014. Winner has 30 days to respond to winning; if they fail to respond within 30 days a new winner will be drawn at random. ATD Travel Services’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over and must not be employees of ATD Travel Services (nor the family of employees), its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per person and per household. Entries sent in through agents, third parties or bulk entries will not be entered into the prize draw. The prize is subject to availability. ATD Travel Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The maximum value of the holiday is £5,000. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize. The prize must be taken by 31st Dec 2015 and excludes the peak travel periods of 20 March – 22 April 2015 and the 15 July – 20 August 2015. Winner is to arrange own travel insurance, ESTA applications and spending money. All winners travelling must have a valid passport for travel to the U.S. Transfers to the UK airport are not included. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, onboard meals and drinks, seat allocations and the carriage of sports equipment). ATD Travel Services cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions. The name of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to the Promoter’s address on or before 31st December 2014. The winner may be asked to cooperate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
