That will likely be due to someone using a previous letter as a template and changing the details, but forgetting to change the date on the document used. Easily done in the tight timescales allowed.0 -
Can we rewind a bit to the commencement of this loan? When did you take it out? Was it arranged in the bank or done over the telephone, by post or on the internet?
Also, was the ppi amount paid as a single premium at the start of the loan?0
