can some one help with Direct Line Home Insurance Plus?

I was looking at Home insurance quotes from Direct Line.
Their' Home Insurance Plus insurance' price although high includes Travel Insurance and Home Emergency (up to £500) cover as well.
My question is, does anyone know if the' Home Emergency cover' provided as standard is the same as 'Direct Line Home Response 24' except that the second one covers you up to £1000.
Any experience with the Home Emergency cover with Direct Line at all? Thanks.:)
