Lloyds~Court~tired of waiting!!

I know patience is a virtue..........
BUT this really seems to have taken it's time!especially when i've started friends onto reclaiming and they've had their payouts without court and this tedious waiting........
First requested my statements in jan, sent off first letter requesting them back in April(took them ages to send statements of charges back) followed by my next letter in May (after hearing nothing from them) filed with MCOL 7June, Lloyds defended immediately (within 3days) I recieved notice of transfer 29th June (recieved on the 30th) but haven't heard anything since..........so, whats the next step in this dance that Lloyds and SCAM seem to be leading..do i sit tight and wait to for my court date from the courts or do i phone SCAM/Lloyds/Courts????
Think i need me some moral support.....reading everyone's success stories keeps me going!!

I'm in exactly the same situation as you. This morning i received a letter saying that the case has been transfered to Cardiff County Court as the claimant and defendant didn't appear??? But i haven't received a court date. What is going on??

    Can anyone help us??

    Thanks

Don't worry, mine was transferred to Cardiff without without anyone appearing. I then had a letter for a 'directions hearing' a couple of days later though, I have to go to court in August, so it wouldn't do any harm to chase them :)
