Yes I know all the places you are talking about - I might have gone to school not a million miles away from Shoreham - although if you work in Brighton you couldn't exactly leave your car all day where I park when I shop, wouldn't be fair on certain shops.

Right.... All done, just added the following as advised to another poster by guys dad

I would refer the assessor to the lead assessor's words from his 2014 annual report and expect that any attempt of a breakdown of supposed losses from the operator that contained costs that do not conform to Mr Greenslade's definition be ruled as extraneous.

He wrote

Congratulations Gemlou. Please tell all your neighbours that you have now beaten these scum twice and that they too should not pay up if targeted by them.

You might also point out your two wins to the management company and ask them if they are still content that their agent is operating a lawful and enforceable ticketing system, given that they are demonstrably unable to justify their behaviour in the face of a robust defence.

I will do that. I've emailed a copy of my appeal to the neighbours I know and will post a copy in any other mail boxes. Will definately challenge the management company especially as they are paying them out of our fees.
