Ooh, really? Is one of them Hove Tesco? I live in shoreham but people who don't live here haven't always heard of it. I work and shop in Brighton though and pay a fortune to park there.0

Right.... All done, just added the following as advised to another poster by guys dad
I would refer the assessor to the lead assessor's words from his 2014 annual report and expect that any attempt of a breakdown of supposed losses from the operator that contained costs that do not conform to Mr Greenslade's definition be ruled as extraneous.
He wrote
""However, genuine pre-estimate of loss means just that. It is an estimate of the loss which might reasonably be suffered, made before the breach occurred, rather than a calculation of the actual loss suffered made afterwards.""
Now uploading to POPLA, will be back when I get the result. Fingers crossed!0 -
Massive thank you again to you all for your patience and support, this appeal was allowed today, psdsu again. Will update the POPLA decisions thread too. Keep up the good work. Xxxx0

Congratulations Gemlou. Please tell all your neighbours that you have now beaten these scum twice and that they too should not pay up if targeted by them.
You might also point out your two wins to the management company and ask them if they are still content that their agent is operating a lawful and enforceable ticketing system, given that they are demonstrably unable to justify their behaviour in the face of a robust defence.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Do not forget also to bring this to the attention of Trading Standards. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I will do that. I've emailed a copy of my appeal to the neighbours I know and will post a copy in any other mail boxes. Will definately challenge the management company especially as they are paying them out of our fees.0
