Interim charging orders

I am now selling my house with the 1st charge to a building society. My wife and I are seperating and she has a restriction registered against the house giving her 75% of the equity as agreed by our prenup. I have just received a CCJ and that company have registered an Interim Charging Order but there will not be enough equity left after the building society is paid and my wife's Restriction is honored. Do they get priority over my wife or does my wife get paid first? Her restriction was registered 2nd after the building society and the CCJ Interim Charging Order 3rd.
