Quidco Cash Back Query - Prudential

I purchased 1 car in March and the other in June with Pru the second hasnt tracked ( 1st paid ) reaised an enquiry and awaiting outcome.

Same problem here 1 in May and 2nd in July, 2nd one hasn't tracked. Good luck

I had the same problem with car insurance in April. Raised a query and it got added to my account a week or so ago (but not yet received).

I also had a problem a while back with my 3 cashback (£100) that they would only pay the cashback into my bank account, even though I'd had paypal going quite happily before.

In my quidco settings I've selected BACS and entered my bank details and set the min to £5, that was two weeks ago and they still havn't transfered my £100+ into my account. How long do you have to wait for the money to go through?

A seperate policy for the 2nd car? and who were policy holders/named drivers? Did it track eventually? Reasons for not paying?

End of the month after they get the money in. IT can take a few months from the slow payers, but the status screen is pretty good at telling you whats going on.

So you were renewing? and let your policy cancel out.... and did you ever get the track, any reasons given?

There is a warning on the quidco page about people fraudulently claiming pru quidcos having their quidco accounts closed... does it warn this for all quidco partners or only the Pru, is this a sign that Pru has cottoned on to the fact people were coming back year after year?

Same problem, not explaining the details of the process....

Let me get this straight, you had 1 quidco account? and you tracked 2 insurance policies through the quidco account? Were either of them policy holder the same as the quidco account holder? what about the other one, who was policy holder and named driver?

Did you chase it up with quidco? What happened? Reasons given for not paying?

Please update, and explain, did you only apply for one insurance policy? Was the quidco holder also the name of the policy holder? Did you get paid?
