Paid and registered for OU module - deferring

I've paid out of my own for my next OU module. I don't know if I'm actually going to be able to do it now though due to being constantly ill and being told it's nothing,
Anyone know what happens with my fees (which I paid for myself) if I withdraw? Can I defer, or do I withdraw and then just reapply next year?

All the information is in the link above. The rules vary, but generally if you withdraw before the start of the course you will receive a refund.0
