                    what do we need to do if we was to sell products online. we will have the website and domain name, is that it or do we need to be registered as a company or vat stuff like that?

            I'd recommend getting a free consultation with an accountant (try a few locally) as a straight forward answer is impossible. I mean you don;t need to be a company but this will have tax implications if you have other income. Don't need to register for VAT until you hit £59,000 but will you be paying vat on your purchases for the business like stock and/or equipment??0
