Does all of your existing furniture meet fire regulations?

It's all less than a year old so I sincerely hope so.

depends you can have fully furrtnished, part furnished which would denote kitchen appliance only or not furnished at all.

the cost between the does not vary that much becuase unless you are renting a premium flat furnished then you would have to furnish it with better furniture than cheap tat from argos.

Cheap tat from Argos? How very dare you, lol ;)
Seriously though, it's all mid to high end stuff, it's just deciding what we want to bring with us.

I think your description above for part furnished would suit us nicely.

If its less than a year old, I'd take it with you. Most flats these days are unfurnished and fewer and fewer are being rented with white goods. Most tenants expect to be bringing their own furniture with them. I currently rent and all the electrical appliances are my own.

And how long have you been at your current place, and looking to stay for?
We're looking for long term tenants if possible :)
