Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them.


Haywards Peugeot Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 'Win a New Peugeot for two years Prize Draw' ('the Promotion') and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.

2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18, with a full UK or EU driving licence.

4. The promoter of this Promotion is Hayward's Peugeot, Otford Rd, Sevenoaks Kent. ('The Promoter').

5. The Promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter, its agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Promotion.

6. Only one entry per person per household will be accepted.

7. To enter the Promotion please complete the paper entry form providing your full contact details. Entries without valid contact details will not be eligible to win.

8. The closing date and time of the Promotion is 17:00 on 7 September 2014 ('the Closing Date'). Entries received after the closing date will not be processed.

9. The winner will be randomly drawn ('the Winner') on Monday, 8 September 2014.

10. There shall only be one Winner. The Winner will receive a Peugeot 208 for 2 years. There will be a vehicle for 12 months contract hired to the winner and an additional vehicle to run for an additional 12 months after. The vehicle must not exceed 10,000 miles in its year term and must be full comprehensive insurance for the duration. There will be no cash payment will be paid to you.

11. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.

12. The competition finalists will be notified by telephone by the Promoter within 2 days of the Closing Date for the Promotion and given details on how to claim their Prize. If the Winner does not respond to such telephone call from the Promoter within 5 days of the time of notification, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.

13. The Winner will be invited to officially receive the Peugeot at Hayward's annual loyalty event, this date is to be confirmed. The car will then be delivered to the winners address on a date specified by the Winner when insurance is in place

14. The Promoter may ask the Winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.

15. By entering the prize draw the Winner agrees to take part in post-Promotion activity.

16. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

17. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize, including travel to and from the event and any other incidental costs.

18. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

19. Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.

20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

21. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

22. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

24. The name of the Winner for the Promotion will be available upon request for 4 weeks after the Winner has been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; Hayward's of Sevenoaks, Otford Rd, Sevenoaks, Kent The Winner agrees to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.
