Title asks a strange question?
I had such a simple request, Please send a debit card to recipient abroad in the fastest time possible, cost £63.00. That was on the 10th of this month but too late for collection so 11th.
I couldn't do it online as a post code was needed, so went to an agent. (Destination doesn't use post codes.)
Quoted 3 days, but just to be sure 4.
It wasn't delivered in time as still in transit today and the recipient has moved on to another country.
The agent hasn't fulfilled their contract with me.
I have asked for the envelope to be returned to me, the sender.
Do I request a refund now or wait until the card gets back to me?
