How much notice to lenders need to release funds

Depends on lender - varies between next day and 5 working days (your solicitor should know what applies to the lender concerned and be able to advise you)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Last time I turned round Royal Bank and Nat West were saying 7 working days...RICHARD WEBSTER
