sent wrong item, won't send out replacement until they receive the original

Hello,

I was sent the wrong item by an online shop.

Had to take a photo before they would look at the issue.

Now they say they have to receive the original back, process it and then a replacement will be sent out.

Seems unfair as I took the afternoon off to wait for the item and now will have to take two more afternoons off to wait for the collection and then the replacement. I paid extra to have it delivered next day and now I won't get the right item format least a week,

Do I have any rights?
