No Copy of Credit Agreement

Hi Could someone please help. I know I paid PPI with the MBNA and sent them a letter to claim. They have wrote back saying if there is no copy of the credit agreement enclosed it is because we do not hold this data or the original agreement was not made with us. Thats it nothing to say what to do next.

What letter did you send to them? (what were you asking for)
